DO YOU DO COMMISSIONS?

If you see a painting you like on my social media but it has already sold or is not for sale, contact me and we create the perfect, unique piece together. Please visit my commission page to get started on your perfectly unique piece! 

I want my painting Framed!

Framing is highly encouraged. It finishes the piece and adds that extra wow factor. Jessica works closely with a highly reputable framing company to source all of her gorgeous frames. She gravitates towards "floater" frames finished in gold or silver leaf, but the options are nearly endless. Please contact Jessica for direction on choosing a frame that's right for your piece. Having your painting framed before it is delivered to you is preferred.

How do I clean my Painting?

Resin paintings can be easily cleaned! Simple dampen a lint free cloth with windex and wipe down your painting to remove any dust it has collected. Be cautious and when wiping any 3D elements. For oil paintings, use a dry, lint free cloth and gently wipe away any dust. For longevity, do not place your paintings in direct sun light or in areas that get warmer than usual as this may damage your artwork over time. 

The painting I want is sold, What now?

Each painting is a one-of-a-kind piece, therefore cannot be replicated exactly. Once it is sold, it is gone! The shop is updated regularly with new work, however pieces sell quickly. If you see a new painting on social media, contact Jessica by "commenting," or direct messaging her, or emailing her right away to reserve it! Sign up for Jessica's newsletter and follow her on Instagram to stay up to date when new work is listed and when she will be at art fairs and shows. 

Do you offer classes?

At this time, I do not offer classes.

returns and refunds

All sales are final. Exceptions can be made in case of any damage made during shipping. In order to return a damaged piece of artwork, please email Jessica with in 3 days of receiving your artwork. In some cases, the damaged artwork may be repaired and returned back to you. In order to receive a full refund for a damaged piece of artwork, you must contact Jessica within 24 hours of receiving your artwork and the damaged artwork will need to be returned.

 

PLEASE NOTE THAT I RETAIN ALL RIGHTS TO ALL ARTWORK, EVEN THOSE OF SOLD & COMMISSIONED ORIGINAL PAINTINGS.   I RETAIN THE RIGHT TO MAKE REPRODUCTIONS OF ANY AND ALL ARTWORK I CREATE UNLESS THE COLLECTOR HAS PURCHASED THE FULL RIGHTS TO THE ARTWORK (THIS IS IN ADDITION TO SIMPLY PURCHASING THE ORIGINAL).   THE COLLECTOR OR BUYER MAY NOT REPRODUCE THE ARTWORK IN ANY WAY WITHOUT WRITTEN PERMISSION.  

THE COLLECTOR HAS THE RIGHT TO DISPLAY THE ARTWORK IN THEIR HOME OR BUSINESS.  ARTWORK MAY NOT BE RESOLD OR REPRODUCED FOR PROFIT IN ANY WAY WITHOUT THE ARTIST'S WRITTEN PERMISSION.
